Covered: Usage Based NTUC Car Insurance for Singapore
Terms and Conditions
  1. Only vehicles bought from Carro (Trusty Cars Pte Ltd) are eligible for this promotion.
  2. The annual coverage fee of $150.00 (inclusive of GST) will be deducted from the agreed price of your vehicle.
  3. The petrol vouchers will be sent to you via the Carro Singapore app on a monthly basis when the monthly invoice for the insurance premium and maintenance fee for your vehicle is paid.
  4. The petrol vouchers will be of a value equivalent to the insurance premium amount as set out in the Covered monthly invoice, rounded down to the nearest denomination of 10. Any amount remaining will be rolled over to the next month. For illustration purpose only: For the month of November insurance premium is $76.45. It would be rounded down to $70, and $70 of petrol vouchers will be given. The remaining $6.45 ($76.45 - $70) will be rolled over to December.
  5. The promotion is valid for a period of 6 months from the date the first petrol voucher is issued or until the maximum limit of $500 worth of petrol vouchers has been claimed by you, whichever comes first.
  6. The petrol vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. Any unused value of the voucher will be forfeited.
  7. Use of the petrol vouchers is subject to the merchant’s terms and conditions of use.
  8. No joint venture, sponsorship, tie-up, agency or any other relationship is intended or created between Income and the merchant of the petrol vouchers. Neither is this promotion intended or deemed to be a connection with or use of the brand name of the merchant/vouchers
  9. This promotion does not affect or change any term of the policy contracts for the insurance. If there is any inconsistency between any terms of this promotion and any terms of the policy contracts for the insurance, the terms of the policy contract shall prevail.
  10. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions or discount or stackable with any other promotion unless otherwise stated by Income and Carro.
  11. Income and Carro reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this promotion without any prior notice to the customer.

This policy is protected under the Policy Owners' Protection Scheme, administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation Limited (SDIC). Coverage under this policy is automatic, so no further action is required from you.
